Cancellation Policy
For Explore Together Consultation Sessions
Explore Together Consultation Sessions are paid for at time of online booking (or in advance of the session if a payment plan is in operation).
The sessions will not take place unless payment has been made in advance.
If you need to cancel a pre-paid session with more than 48 hours’ notice, please email hello@butterflypractice.com and we will endeavour to reschedule the appointment within a 7 day time-frame if there is availability.
If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of appointment (or within 2 full working days, whichever applies), no refund is available. If payment has not been made at time of cancellation, there is a cancellation charge of 100% of the session fee.
For those who do not attend on the day and give no notice of cancellation and payment has not been made in advance, there is a cancellation charge of 100% of the session fee.

For All Assessments:
There is no refund available for deposits paid to secure an assessment.
There is no refund available for assessments that have been partially or fully paid for.
If you need to re-schedule an assessment date, email hello@butterflypractice.com and we will endeavour to reschedule the appointment within a 7 day time-frame if there is availability.
